Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, email address and message are processed. If you provide them, your phone number and company or organisation are processed as well. The data is used solely to respond to the enquiry, communicate about potential cooperation and take any steps requested before entering into a contractual relationship.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract. For routine business communication that is not directly aimed at entering into a contract, processing may be based on the controller's legitimate interest in handling and documenting that communication. The form does not use marketing consent or a marketing opt-in.
Retention
An unsuccessful or one-off enquiry is retained only for as long as necessary to handle it and any reasonable follow-up communication. If a business relationship is established, relevant communication may be retained as part of business records and for as long as required by legal obligations or necessary to protect legal claims.
Recipients and technical infrastructure
The controller has access to the data. Depending on the current deployment, hosting and email service providers may operate the technical infrastructure. The website itself does not send data to external form, analytics or marketing services. Any transfer outside the European Union depends on the hosting and email infrastructure actually in use; without verifying that configuration, this notice does not claim that such transfers occur or that they are entirely excluded.
Abuse prevention and server logs
To limit excessive submissions, the contact endpoint briefly processes a hash of the IP address and request timestamps. These values are kept only in a temporary server file, are considered within a ten-minute window and older records are removed during subsequent processing. They are not used for profiling or long-term application logging.
For security and operational purposes, the hosting or proxy server may process standard technical server logs, such as the IP address, request time and requested URL. Their exact retention period depends on the verified configuration of the particular server.
Cookies and tracking
The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies, advertising scripts, external analytics or browser storage. The contact form creates no technical session or cookie. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure, and restriction of processing. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
